Welcome to Aquatics And More!

Aquatics Fitness Training By Robin Davis

Thank you to each and every one of you who attended and hosted an Aquatics and More workshop! it has been my pleasure to pass on the knowledge I have to you. At this time, I am going to take a break from being an active AEA provider, until further notice.

I am looking forward to future adventures and the small changes I am making for my future! Though I am not currently available for workshops or classes, I'll still be teaching and training for Vancouver P&R. Feel free to contact me with questions or ideas!
It is my pleasure to offer continuing education courses, workshops, and information to new and experienced aquatic fitness instructors. Here you will find information on all available workshops and courses, as well as schedules, resources and policies. I welcome you to contact me about hosting a workshop at your facility or to register for any course. Of course, don't hesitate to contact me directly at aquaticsandmore@gmail.com should you have any questions.

Hosting is easy!

We work with you!

All you need is a viable facility! You don’t have to have a large pool or big space. I can provide training for small pools and facilities in small towns. You just need a desire to host.
Depending on the number of registrations, I would offer free places at the workshop for your instructors. You receive the training with little to no work and NO financial risk.
I do everything, I provide you with a flier to hand out, I process registrations, and I cover all my expenses. There is NO direct cost to you as long as you provide the pool and a classroom. AV equipment and support is included in the preparations!

Aquatics and More would welcome the opportunity to come to your facility. Contact Robin for more information!

Robin's Background

Throughout my twenty-two years in the aquatic fitness industry, I discovered that I thoroughly enjoyed passing on my education and experience to others. I began teaching aquatic fitness in 1991 and training instructors in 2004. I was selected to be the 2009-2011 AEA Ambassador for the Pacific Northwest and I am an approved AEA continuing education provider and an Assistant Aquatic Fitness coordinator.

In my free time, I enjoy playing softball every spring, summer and fall. I'm also a huge Seattle Mariners fan. I love the outdoors, being with people, traveling, and making new friends all over the world.

  • Robin has an amazing and in-depth knowledge base for aquatics and fitness. . . she is terrific at organizing and conducting workshops at a pace that all beginners appreciate and enjoy.

  • It was really an incredible two days. The class was filled with many different types of individuals with many different skill levels. It was interactive and had a good blend of class and "in-the-pool" time. I believe that I definitely got my money's worth and came away educated and excited to start a career in water instruction.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed Robin’s workshops. She teaches very well and makes learning enjoyable.
